Finally, the weekend is here again which means it's time to try out some new recipe. This time, I decided to bake potato bread. Got this recipe from foodnetwork.com

The mashed potato was added to the mixture (butter, shortening, sugar etc.) |
Flour was then added to the mixture. Kneading was very easy using the electric mixer.
