It's the weekend again! Time to bake!

Finally, the weekend is here again which means it's time to try out some new recipe. This time, I decided to bake potato bread. Got this recipe from foodnetwork.com
Mashing the potato

Magnolia milk for the bread

The mashed potato was added to the mixture (butter, shortening, sugar etc.)
Flour was then added to the mixture. Kneading was very easy using the electric mixer.

The dough after 40 minutes. 

Second proofing

The loaves have doubled in size. Time to bake!

B2, the QC/tester was waiting under the table to test my potato bread.  

My first successful loaf. (Not so dense as compared to my previous bread)

Not enough potato! Must put more potatoes next time.
