I was very excited to bake my polo bun but the results? Not as good as I expected, maybe because of the recipe I followed was not really good. (Blaming the recipe, :D) Anyway, photos of my polo bun below...please do not laugh when u see the bun. They don't look like polo bun! I duno I have to score the topping with knife in order to get the pineapple pattern until I see other recipes.
